Alba Torrens hasn't had long to celebrate her third title of the season with Halcon Avenida with Galatasaray announcing on their website on Friday that she will be their player next season.
The Turkish giants say they have reached "a definitive agreement" for the player to be with them on a two-year deal although the signing has not been completed.
Torrens was voted MVP of the EuroLeague Women Final Four earlier this month after helping Avenida beat Ros Casares and four-time defending champions Sparta&K M.R. Vidnoje.
On Thursday, Torrens and Avenida won 90-85 at Ros Casares to win the Liga Femenina play-off championship final 2-0.
Torrens, 21, will play for Spain at the EuroBasket Women in Poland, which tips off on June 18.
She has already played for her country at the 2008 Olympics, EuroBasket Women 2009 in Latvia and last year's FIBA World Championship for Women in the Czech Republic.
